Oxford Stormex - L or XL for XC with top box?
« on: May 16, 2016, 10:41:29 AM »
Hi,
I need to get an outdoor cover for my Tiger 800 XC that will fit over it with the top box on. I see that Oxford have brought out a new 2016 range of Stormex covers with different sizing to their previous Stormex and I'm not sure whether to go for the L or the XL. According to the dimensions quoted, the L should fit but be quite snug and the XL should be ample.

Has anyone tried the 2016 Stormex covers on a Tiger and if so, how did they fit?

Thanks in advance,
Simon.

Hi, did you get a large or an XL in the end? Looking to buy one for my 800 XC

Hi mate
I use, and have done for years, the Aquatex cover; Large with top box.
Ive got an XC, and the cover fits perfectly.
They dont last for ever, but cheap enough to replace every couple of years.
Cheers
