Hey dunkymunky, sorry mate, got carried away with the dwarfness thing earlier.
I'm also a Mega Meet first-timer, already booked for next year. I've spoken with an Old Timer (sorry Richard aka Tripledick) and it looks like it's an event not to be missed. Get yer name down, and I'll stand you a beer in "sunny" Yorkshire.

I have been on 2 and everyone has been really friendly and the riding standard is very good and safe ( mine excluded ) you get to ride some great roads and maybe meet some friends for life, give one a go you will not be dissapointed. Also if you have not been to Yorkshire its a must do.

I've been to all but the very first, which was sh*t coz I wasn't there...  :492:

It's a great event.. Well organised, with great and I mean great people.(You couldn't ask for a better bunch of mates to ride bikes with).

Riding is of an exceptional standard, with great scenery and great roads..

Food and accommodation is of a good standard... The bench mark gets raised every year...

You can't ask for any more ...

I'm a fussy anti social bugger and I go so it must be good..
