My stepper motor on 2012 roadie gave up. No idle (mos times). I thought that the manual adjuster would be best (and cheapest) route but seems that manual idle adjuster for Daytona 675 is not available any more. Triumph Manual idle adjuster kit (Part No: A9618076) is now replaced with A1241041 and according to Triumph and Fowlers, this part is now obsolete. Any ideas where from I get one?

I've been through the same problem earlier this year. All the supplied links failed and Triumph also told me the same as you got. I ended getting an idle adjuster from an old carb bike and adjusting to fit. Worked fine. I wasn't comfortable crossing Europe with a known problem waiting to happen.

Hi - I think I also have this problem, bike is trying to idle very low, and stalling. But will start by cleaning and adjusting the mechanism.

Just want to post a note that there is now a reproduction version of Triumph part A9618076 available on Ebay.

I haven't bought or installed, I can't speak for the quality, but reviews seem okay.   I think I'm going to order one as a standby, in case they're not available later.   Will update if so.

I know this is old, but somebody might want to make the change to manual. The Honda 600 F2 has a very long lanyard that works well. I've had 1 on my 2012 800XC for about 3-4 years now. Bulletproof.

I also ride my Husqvarna 701 Enduro. (Been known to ride the "Vet" track @ Fox Raceway.) If you see and old, fat guy on a 701E, it's likely me!

Believe it or not, I'm down to 2 bikes!
