Powerbronze "Adventure Sports Screen"
« on: September 16, 2016, 06:43:10 AM »
I have just replaced the original Tiger screen with a Powerbronze bikini screen (Light Tint) and have finally eliminated that relentless buffeting to my helmet. I am 6'1" tall and for me the difference is amazing and well worth the extra air directed at my chest. I also like the appearance of this screen as it seems to compliment the aesthetics of the bike. Here are a couple of snaps.
Cheers

Hey there, thank you for the pics, I've just received mine and I'm really happy with the result.
Style is great, protection not as good as the OEM one , but until 100miles per hour or so, the wind protection is decent.
Just for your information I'm 184cm tall and I use a Nexx X-Wed2.

I have found your photos and looking for a similar solution.  Are you still happy with the screen?

Hello,
Still satisfied yes, like I said the only problem is on the highway, it's noisy and the protection is poor.

OK, great.  Thanks!

I think maybe this short screen with a small spoiler / deflector / extention might work together.

Maybe :-)
You can find some cheap universal ones on Aliexpress  or gearbest.
Don't forget to give tour feedback if you will do it please!

Don't forget this new adjustable Powerbronze screen (Powerblade adjustable screen system)  that RichardPB posted a few days ago:

It's not a bikini screen, and no idea if it's any good but maybe worth looking into  :038:

I really want to go as small as I can so I think I'll try Powerbronze short screen with a deflector if needed.

I'll let you know how I get on.

I do wish Touratech were doing their short screen for this model.  It does look good.  I guess they didn't sell enough of them to make it worthwhile to continue.

Indeed,
Or you can buy a used one and reshape it with a dremel:
