Mine for no apparent reason,  has a 2 second rattle every so often, probably once a month.

Where can I buy one of this tensioner online? Can someone provide me the online store link? Thanks in advance.

Thanks @Stevie.P. It seems to be very bureaucratic to buy a piece from them.
But I will go through the process to get one of this.

After the oil pressure relief valve exchange, the rattling re-start again. And the customer service now says that it is normal. I love the bike, but I cannot live with this rattling noise...

It was very hard to get this part here in Brazil.
I ended up upgrading to a TEX XCx.
Not the best deal in the world, but at least I have no rattle and some extra features that I am enjoying.
