Hi,
Sorry to be a pain in the A--- but could you advise where any coffee / Lunch breaks are on the route. I need to figure out when to take my medication/drugs . etc.
If you can indicate the waypoint number on the written list I can work out what I need to do :027:. Otherwise it could be a resuss on the road side. :087:

Theres normally a mid morning break and an afternoon one on these meets.. Ill have to stop regurlary for meds as well so we'll be the crocks on this one... :001:
