Just to give you the heads-up,  the A5104 now has big yellow gantry-type 50mph average speed cameras from Rhydtalog all the way to the junction with the A494/A5.

That's 15 miles of lovely road ruined.  :003:

An alternative is a lovely little lane ridge road that runs more or less parallel to it from the Horseshoe Pass roundabout near 'Rosies cider farm'  all the way to just outside Corwen near the Ifor Williams plant.

    I know which I'd choose. :002:

    No  :492:

this weekend is another double header race wise, so no recce being done yet.
Im hoping next weekend will have the Saturday free to have a look around, talk to the hotel, and get things sorted in plenty of time
And August, for get it, there are no free weekend days in August certaily for the next 10 years or so.

I really wasn't joking saying my next free  weekend was mid November  :125:

Ok, I'll probs get a new rear tyre on the Friday, if I can make it last that long, so it'll be good to scrub in on Saturday, also give us an idea of Saturday traffic in the area, I'm guessing we'll be on "Jimmy Approved" roads  :001:

Yes, I've already seen how paramedics cut your gear off and administer morphine, might roll my trouser leg up to frighten a few learners though  :004:

Forecast for sat looks good, sunny, not too hot. If you are free happy for you to join in.
Most of the roads are indeed Jimmy Appoved roads. In fact we will be riding on much of the Bownds (North) Welsh way. I just try and keep up with hooligan.. dunno why but he starts rambling about the sheep back home are not a patch on Wales finest.

The main drawback on Saturday is that the sun will be out and that consumes 1 of the 21 sunny days permitted in north Wales  in any one year. Doesnt bode well for September.

Traffic is what traffic is. It just means we will have to do overtakes to make  progress  :005:

Is da boss coming as well as yourself?
