The greater thickness of the carrier does not give problems once screwed on the hub. the disk does not touch somewhere, I'm very undecided, whether to mount or not,
the original disks are 4.5 mm.

help me , the 5 mm discs rotor does not problems of assembly on tiger 800 xc 2012 abs ?

Are the discs you want to mount fully floating or solid?
If they are floating, like the original XC discs, the thickness including the rivets are greater than 5mm, and to my eye they would appear to work.
If they are solid then there would be even less of a problem.
There is room for movement within the brake caliper for the brake pads and also when the caliper pistons are pushed in that little bit further.
Can you try fitting the new discs to your bike and if there is a problem then return to the seller for being wrong fitment for the 800XC?

Thanks,I want to mount floating disks, I wanted to read experiences of users who mounted 5mm aftermarket discs to know if everything was ok!!
