Grand day for a Welsh trip
« on: September 05, 2018, 09:05:38 PM »
Nice day for a ride today, well it wasn't raining. Wasn't going to miss it even though I woke up with the sniffeling lurgy.

Did a bit of M56 to get me past Chester quicker then off onto A5104 heading for Ty Tan Llan caff on A5 at  Cerrigydrudion, near Corwen for lunch, then sun came out at 1.30pm so off to Barmouth to sit at the seaside with a gurt big ice cream, chin wobbling with a boy on a Magna V30 whatever one of them is. Worra grand way to spend a day. Didn't get me butt into gear until 10.30am, 239 miles with a non m'way ride home in the rush hour traffic, home for teatime 6.30pm. Me Pork chop dinner went in the bin, still stuffed from me lunch & ice cream.
