Anyone fitted anything to the throttle for long journeys in the absence of a proper cruise control?

I have cruise control and rarely use it. Always having to stop using it due to poor lane discipline by other road users

Dont start me on bad driving! Good point but would still like something to ease the wrist ache on long runs.

Possibly this  .... as I used on my Street Triple before having C/C on my Tiger, ....
https://www.nippynormans.com/f650gs-08-on/throttle-rocker
.... simply let's you relax your finger grip and use the heel of your hand to hold a constant speed when cruising on motorways etc.  :028:

P.S there are probably cheaper versions, just that I knew the above as a reference.
Also owned my 1979 Bonnie T140E from new!

Prior to buying my Tiger with cruise control I used one of these Go Cruise throttle control gizmos on several bikes. Inexpensive, dead easy to install, works great     http://www.2wheelride.com/throttle_pro.html
See you somewhere down a twisty road......
