If the baffle has not been out before the bolt has a blob of weld which breaks when undoing the bolt, the hard bit is getting hold of the baffle to pull out. I used a adjustable spanner handle pushed in which ment you could wiggle and pull, carried it under the seat in case I got grief from plod, bolt fell out officer!

Only had mine for about 2 weeks, think done more miles on it than had done all last year on old bike. It's great can't wait to go too Scotland next year on it.  :001:

Sounds good. I think I`ve done more miles on mine to. Got a back problem at the moment so going out on the old bike was crap. Last time I rode the old one only did about 24 miles but left me in pain for 2 days. Go out on the tiger and don't even now I`ve been out on it. It is so nice  :001:

My knees are knackered years of mx and enduro, last time went out on the old bike left knee didn't want to work for 3 days. Tiger is just awesome. Don't know yet thinking about do the nc500.

Nice!  Loads of costly extras already fitted as well. 👍
