As said, a hairdryer softens the glue up. I use brake cleaner to remove any leftover glue.

I saw the same bike for sale, but I was really after a new one from my local dealer. I showed them the ad (it was extremely cheap for a 1000 mile demo!) and managed to get a better deal on the new one I was after  :002:
