Looking forward to pics of your adventure. We were recently at Moniga del Garda camping Piantelle, got back 4 weeks ago, you'll have a great time, the people are fantastic, so friendly. Great fun with them teaching me to speak Italian.

Cheers bud 👍  :031:  I'm excited as an excited thing that's been waiting for this excitement!  :123: :047:

A taster for ya, I took 9 of us down 2 years ago. We were welcomed everywhere we went on the campsites, not like the UK.

Fantastic tour you've had, love the pics. Some places look familiar. Where is the Yank Tank, sure I've seen one like that in Belgium/Lux.
The fountain, is that Baden-Baden? Sirmione obviously. The lakeside pics, is that on the East side near Brenzone?

Where did you base yourselves on the lake? I'm guessing you stayed in B&B's/Hotels on route, on spec or pre-book?

Ya got me itchy feet at it again now. Ha

Fantastic time bud  :169:

You are pretty much spot-on! ...
The Yank tank - Bastogne, Belgium
The fountain - Baden-Baden
The lakeside pics - Not Brenzone, but South East - between Colombare and Santa Maria di Lugana.
We stayed at the Hotel Du Parc Sirmione, lovely hotel just below Sirmione. All hotels were pre-booked - I used Hotels.com to make the bookings so will get a some free nights in the bank! :)

Cheers Walt! was awesome!
