under the tank in the vee where the uprights meets the headstock

as said, possibly if you look up the front of the radiator, following the centre line, then a bit above you might be able to see the heat sink fins and 2 connector plugs?
Also owned my 1979 Bonnie T140E from new!

. actually (having checked), at the top of the radiator centre line the R/R is directly behind and below (not above) the rad top edge (you can just see the white plug between header tank pipe and rad mount screw) ....


. just below the rad top mount lugs.


I did take a series of pics for the whole task (the panels being the major part) but, like lots of tasks, never got around to composing and posting it.  :006:

Hopefully you didn't follow the workshop manual and remove the radiator. :187:

I'm so thankful I checked back here on forum first, after reading the manual, to learn it can be done without radiator removal. :028:

Mine failed whilst riding my 2011 in the Pyrenees, cooked the battery before i realized what was happening, got recovered to Toulouse but sadly had to leave her there for recovery back to UK, no spare part at the dealership, I traveled pillion and got her back a couple of week later.

All fixed now, new one fitted not cheap 210. Ready for camping this weekend at Overland

Did they supply the later model FH020AA unlike the FH012AB I was supplied.
