Hi All.

Thanks for letting me join this forum, Ive bin hanging around for some time, trying to learn as much as possible about these fab bikes. Im born and grown up with old Brit bikes and have bin riding them since I got my license. Mostly riding my Norton Commando that Ive had for 17 years other bikes include T140 outfit, T120, Tiger Cub and a Velocette. Time is changing and its now time to ad a modern bike to the stable. Ive tried both Xr and Xcs and have narrowed my choice to a 2015-2016 Xca. Theres not many Xcas around here in The Netherlands, so Im looking at buying one in UK and importing it to NL.

Cheers Dan.

:062: the old brain hasn't started deteriorating as fast as the body.  :008:

I met Dan briefly once nearly 10 years ago (hard to believe) at the 50th Bonneville Celebrations (which he had travelled all the way over for), it was just prior to an organised ride out to the original Triumph factory site at Meriden, now a housing estate, so unfortunately it was a fairly brief conversation/meeting. He had noticed the SU conversion carb on my Bonnie and was seeking any info/advice as he also had a kit sitting loose awaiting fitting.

As they say 'it's a small world'. :028:
