GRMoto Exhaust
« on: March 03, 2019, 08:54:14 PM »
Has anyone any experience of GRMoto exhaust ? Their web site claims to make an affordable and road friendly can and at 189 for the Tiger it sounds a fair deal.

Looks Ok, a bit short so expect it to be loud, 304SS same as the OEM (probably) so expect it to get some surface rust and pitting (not as much as the downpipes though), alarm bells that it's only on eBay and is undeniably cheap.

Don't expect the 10% increase in BHP claimed, anything over 5% you will have to claim as a performance enhancement on your insurance.

Proven alternatives MTC and Fuel, also loud, not quite so cheap, but good quality and come recommended by members, I had a carbon fibre MTC on my T800 for at least two years and it stayed in one piece and looked excellent  :028:

Thanks for that, although they do have their own web site. Think Ill go with the MTC as it has a good rep on the forum.
