That's about 125kg so it leaves you 90kg or so for luggage.

To answer the original question, the 800 does really well 2-up long distance touring. We've now covered over 50,000 miles on our round the world trip 2-up with camping gear. Tigger now has about 63,000 miles in total

Should not be a problem, my wife and I toured France last Sept, 2400 miles and New Zealand Jan this year 2600 miles, just go for it.
