Not to worry, Dealertool does do more and less likely to have connection/driver/cable problems that so many have had with other mthods.
Laterally unstable unless moving.

I got my problem resolved.
I checked every connector again. Used the meter.
Went for a ride and then suddenly it worked.
Put all the fairings back on and now ready for the good weather.
Thank you for suggesting that.
Its so weird but it worked.

 :152: good news. Suggest the next time you have the tank off, spray the connector pins with some dielectric grease or even silicon spray to keep them clean and moisture/corrosion  resistant.
Laterally unstable unless moving.
