Michelin / Metzler discounts
« on: April 08, 2019, 03:19:12 PM »
 Hi all.
Ready to swap out my oem tyres, 8000 miles.
I'm going for the Roadtec 01's.

Talking to my tyre guy, he asks if I can wait until the end of the month as Michelin, Metzler and another brand which I can't remember, old age, are going to be offering their little discount kickback at the beginning of May.

Hope this will help some of you. It's usually around 30 on a prepaid credit card if you buy 2 tyres.
Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.  :034:

Pretty much an annual offer with Michelin, 30 off a pair fitted (not bought for DIY). They usually have a PITA form claimback system including giving your bank details but my local Protyre GupaP Michelin authorised dealer simply knocked the 30 off the standard price and dealt with the paperwork/refund without any additional details. :028:
Also owned my 1979 Bonnie T140E from new!

We don't stop playing because we grow old .. WE GROW OLD BECAUSE WE STOP PLAYING!!!

I always get my tyres from my local National Tyres.
Not really had a problem, although being knocked off purchase price would be better.
Will ask when time comes.
