Sump guard mounts

I think these are sump guard mounts. A couple of questions....is this all I'm meant to have? Where are they meant to go? Any help much appreciated. And yes, I know they need replacing with new ones

They should have a threaded stud on either end


They should look similar to these but you'll need to double check what size is required
