A creditable first post, so something you can perhaps bank on, assuming Gladys or far worse Ms Maclariat won't take exception to. Perhaps Topsy would approve.

and unusually 1/2L Castrol Power 1 Racing oil. Was spot on the full marks on leaving and on checking yesterday while washing the bike found it only just visible in the bottom of the sightglass. I don't see an oil consumption issue, I think the large amount of short sharp snap spurts of throttle in the twisties over the 2 days simply created lots of extra crankcase pressure activity and sucked a bit more oil up the bores than usual riding. This is the first I've added since the last oil change and the amount is what I normally use overall between 6k services to maintain oil at the full mark anyway now back at full mark and 2k off next due oil change.

I am still in the UK will catch the ferry in Harwich tomorrow. Just want to add that we had a terrific tour on Sunday with Mark and Ron, well only saw them on the break stops otherwise I did not even dare to keep up with them.

Matt dragged me and the other two foreigners through wales, that was also great fun. I am the Cotswolds right now nursing a double single malt watching the sun go down.

Why does man have to work? For me it could stay like this forever.

Yes, a great shame Jimmy and Tony didn't stay for the Sunday run, I hope you explained it was like Saturday only on wider and faster twisty full width roads. :017: :152:

I know how you feel about the weekend ending, as I passed Bristol on the way home I was overwhelmed by a cloud of depression that the weekend couldn't last forever and nightshift was awaiting me. :003:

..... and have a good safe ride home.  :028:

Well I'm glad you enjoyed the all to brief North Wales rides.

Dare I ask, was the A483 worth the detour😎

We had a great time. The Welsh contingent were talking about how much fun it was when we met up this evening.
The Tiger MegaMeet continues to be the best of the best.
Ron/ Mark - many many thanks. Your hard work was worth it. You can breathe out now.
