Yet another Newbie
« on: June 14, 2019, 06:58:46 PM »
Hi All
Not yet an owner of a tiger, currently ride a ST955, and a 1400 Intruder. Looking to sell the ST and join your ranks, am knocking on the door of 60 so need the comfort of the tiger.
Have looked at several and really like what I see, so hope I can gain your acceptance so I can travel your knowledge and decide which model to go for.
Am sure I will probably ask far to many questions, but for now will search posts and gain as much info as I can.
Am based in Cambridgeshire currently an HTOC member. Z1P.PY

Old timer?
There are a few of us nocking on the door of 60. Many have gone through that door.

Tiger 800 is a great bike.
You will not be disappointed.

Welcome to the forum.

Thanks for the warm welcome all, HTOC is Hinckley Triumph Owners Club.
Have one immediate question, I don't intend to do any serious off roading but for more comfort and handling for touring am I looking at the XR or is the XC  better all round ?
Appreciate your thoughts.  :037:
