Steve and T800XC I don't have a PC or laptop at home my son has a Mac and I have an Ipad, does it work with either of these? Do either of you live in or just outside the London area

Thanks for your help
Well, for sure - a Triumph dlr. can re-set it.
Ask.., maybe - if they're not too busy? - they'll do it for little or nothing?
When mine first lit-up, years ago, I was on-the-road and stopped in at a Triumph dlr. who's mechanic came out to the apron by the shop entrance and did it -- free of charge.
(I bought a can of chain-lube, inside...)
If your bike is out-of-warranty, what can be the harm (re Triumph)?
You're welcome

I have phoned 2 Triumph dealers both said no. One said they wouldn't do it as they are all linked together with this software and if they reset it, It would recorded that they have carried out the service when they haven't.

Thanks,
Well, I've learned that whenever the word "policy" is used -- as in: "It's our policy" -- it's time to give up.
Good luck going forward.

Why does it matter, not doing any harm is it? I have the spanner showing on both my Tigers. They get serviced every 3k miles.
Current bikes Tiger800 XRx, Tiger Sport 1050, Ariel FH 650, Yam Serow 225.

TigerTool software will only run in Windows. I'm not a Mac person but I know TigerTool can be run on a Mac if Windows has been installed on there as a dual-boot.
Me & Stevie.P both live a long way from London so not much use to you.

If you have an Android phone or tablet you can buy tuneecu and then use a suitable bluetooth obd11 dongle. Check tuneecu.com  Don't think it works with mac/ios

Many thanks

On my 2018 xcx it does reset the wrench that is triggered by miles. It seems there it is also triggered by date, as my bike started saying service due in 3 days, 2 days.

tiger tool that reset the light doesnt work now.

@T800XC, any ideas?
