Tiger 800 2013 Model Mirrors
« on: January 14, 2020, 01:53:12 PM »
Hi All.
Does anyone know of some good modern looking mirrors to fit my Tiger 800 2013 model. The ones on the bike when purchased are hideous & i do not want to buy off Fleabay if they are going to be pony. I once bought some for my CBR that were not original & the actual mirror material was not actual mirror & made objects difficult to see in them. They were naff.

Thanks

Alan

I have two mirror types I've used on the Tiger.

Similar to these except not with the fake carbon pattern

And what I'm presently using

CRG Lane-Splitters

Although small at 75mm diameter they offer the best image period as it's totally vibration free - even on my extended mount solution.

Flyingbanana ... If it's a visibility problem with the OEM mirrors, then save yourself some money and just buy mount extenders ... I have and so has KildareMan.  :152:

And me. I don't understand why Triumph equip all their bikes with mirrors that are most useful for examining your elbows.

The Tiger Sport 1050 mirrors are a lot worse, see bugga all out of them, all the other trumpet mirrors are wider inc the T800 all similar, I've fitted Sp3 mirrors to my TS. Some of the boys fitted the Prilly mirrors, I would have had I known how cheap they are for new.
