Carol Nash any good?

Hi folks, renewal time.
Has anybody had to claim using Carol Nash,just wondered what they are like when making a claim

They are only a broker, all depends on how reputable is the insurer they put you with.

CN are owned by the Ardonagh Group, as are Swinton & now Bennetts according to mcn.

I had a big off in 2011.
They were great as well as the actual company used.
They appointed an expert solicitor who also did an amazing job.
I have a 6 wheel policy and needed breakdown for the car last year, again everything was grand.

I had a smidsy 2 years ago and they did a very good job of getting me compensated for my broken wrist, time off work(self employed), replacement kit etc.  Still using them, new quote for next year 129 which I think is good value.

I've been with them quite some years now and rate them but the only complaint I have (and it's a big one) is their outrageous broker fees. Think they wanted about 50 quid at last renewal.  :023:
