 :0461: The forum Megameet did the Lakes and Hardknott May last year and as it was my first time over it then and I think I would have remembered if the surface was as bad then as it is now.  :006:

In places it was like it had heat damage some tarmac sections were like waves. And there were some big holes 2 or 3 I just missed would have stopped you in your tracks. High lands again next year and a lot of the NC500 route. Was gutted this year as my May trip got cancelled due to all the crap that is going on (and both holidays). :157:. Still could be worse at least we have our bikes to ride and still could get out to some nice places.
