Cam Chain Tensioner not Releasing

Has any one had a cam chain tensioner not releasing after being refitted?
It's difficult to see what could be wrong with it as it's only a couple of clips and a spring they all look fine

Needed a little help with a whack to the tensioner blade but now sorted
