Triumph touring screen
« on: May 15, 2020, 12:16:20 AM »
I have the adjustable genuine triumph touring screen fitted on my '17 XRT.
The extra height and width is great but it seems to be very "wobbly".
All the fittings are tight and as far as I can make out everything is as it should be .
Do they tend to move around alot ? Just doesnt seam right .

I ditched mine for a madstad a.long time ago, but I'm sure it was rock solid.   Doesn't sound right!

I have the larger one on my '16 XRT and it doesn't really move about. As Steve said, doesn't sound right so worth checking.

There appears to be alot of movement around the central flexible mount ( flexible? ) , I'll strip it all down at the weekend to see if theres something amiss there  .

Should be solid, mine is. Have you got something missing or not fitted correctly at the front?
Current bikes Tiger800 XRx, Tiger Sport 1050, Ariel FH 650, Yam Serow 225.
