As far as I know, there is still only one shop, near Richmond near Yorkshire, where they are made.    I have one foot bigger than the other ( most people do they said).  So they split a pair for me. Great service and reasonable price.  Mine are 7 years old and still 100% dry in at least 70,000 miles of heat and deluge!
Mine are 15 in a couple of months and just had them resoled by Altberg - Clubman Roadster.  Still have the receipt and they were 124.37 sterling in 2005.

I believe Silvermans hold stock as well.
