Bought a Sony AS 200 three years ago and happy in general with it. I fix the control unit to the handlebar easy to operate that with gloves and I see what the camera films as the display is integrated into the remote control unit.

Picture quality is good enough for me. You need extra batteries but if you buy them from aftermarket sellers the batteries are not that expensive.

I had a Drift HD for a number of years and now a Ghost...happy with it, although phone app is not brilliant.

I also use the Sony Action Cam.  Mine is an AS-15, an older model.  I really like it.  Great quality video and stabilization.  I have a handlebar mount, but I also wear it on my helmet.  The photo is me on my '05 955i Tiger on AZ-191 along the Arizona / New Mexico border.  A fantastic ride.

I don't use one much but I've got a Contour Roam 2 which seems pretty good although the wide-angle lens does give a bit of a fisheye effect. It also sits quite close in to the helmet.
