I didn't know the handlebars on the Gen 3 Tiger were adjustable, can they be brought 2cm nearer to the rider?

As I said compared to gen 1 and 2, the handlebars are 1cm closer to rider and normally from factory, this is in the closest possible adjustment, if the top clamps are reversed then the bar are 2cm further from rider, which would be then 1cm further compared to gen 1 and 3.

Unless you got a used one, I don't think they'll put the clamps is the further position at the dealer.
