Hi from a Hampshire Hog
« on: July 06, 2020, 05:29:06 PM »
Hi All,

I'm very envious of a riding buddy's Tiger so keen to check out rider experiences and take a gander at the classifieds. Currently riding a 2005 Bonneville T100 but drawn to the dual sport and to updating the ol' gal.

For those you abroad who might be wondering, a Hampshire hog relates to us folk in the county of Hampshire in the UK. It's not related to those clunky old V-twins  :008:

Is that a term for people living in the country (in Hampshire) or for everyone?

Hampshire Hog refers to pretty much anyone from the county but you hear it more from country people than city dwellers such as Southampton and Portsmouth for example.

Thanks for all the welcome messages.
