Newbie says hello from the Blackdown Hills in Devon!
« on: July 14, 2020, 10:03:20 PM »
Evening all! A quick hello from a newbie member in the Blackdown Hills in Devon. Ive had my Tiger 800 XRx for 21 months and have put over 8,000 miles on it in that time. I absolutely love it! When the time comes for a change, itll either be the 900 GT Pro or... a Tiger Sport. I keep thinking the latter is the dark horse of the Triumph range and probably an awesome bike! Discuss...?!

Welcome. I had 2 Tiger Sports, a '13 and a '17. Both excellent bikes, the second one took us on a 2 week tour of Morrocco and was faultless. Rider modes and cruise control made the 2nd bike slightly better. I'm currently riding a Speed Twin (for sale) and a '18 Tiger 800XR.

Thank you for the warm welcome! You may have spotted the Fuel exhaust I added last summer after searching the site forum. Ive been really pleased with it! Half the weight of the OEM one, looks much better and definitely sounds much better! As my then 11-year-old son said after Id fitted it and started up the bike, Ah! Now it sounds like a proper motorbike!  :152:
