And why do you want that?
Life is too short to drink bad wine or to ride bad bikes.

Well, lots of desert riding down here in SoCal, east and south. Keeping the Tiger XCX cooler is a benefit for the off roads where speed is not happening. Just looking to see if anyone has tried this....thx

I can't say I have ridden under the worst desert heat but I have ridden with the temperature about as high as I could stand. The single fan on my 2012 handled the situation. Just watch the bars. If they are normal then no problem.

Doesn't get much hotter (>+40C) here in Australia in the summer desert than SoCal.  I've never had an issue with either the 12xc or the 18 xcx. They both maintain correct temperature with the OEM fan.
I can't see any reason for having two fans. In fact it might be detrimental if it  blocks natural airflow.

The issue you should be aware of-- many of us have experienced a non-functioning starter motor when the engine is very hot and there is usually over 50k km on the bike. If that happens you will have to let it cool down for the starter motor to recover. I can't say for sure whether the 2015 model has that problem. Just a heads up, may not happen for you.
