Thank you very much for your effort in developing this  :763:

I'm am however battling to get it to connect to my 2019 Tiger 800 XCA. I tried two different ELM 327 OBD scanners. I'm able to connect successfully using the TorqueOBD Lite app on my phone, and it can access the ECU, but TigerTool just keeps saying "ECU Read Error" right after the "ECU Handshake" message. Do you perhaps have any advice?

Are you using a Bluetooth ELM327 interface? These can be more problematic than USB-based devices as they can take longer to respond.

The error message you've listed is TigerTool saying the ECU took too long to reply to a specific information request, so it bailed out. I allow 3 seconds for the reply but in reality in normal circumstances it should take far less time than this.

Ahh, yes, unfortunately I'm using a Bluetooth device, it was all that I was able to get hold of  :003:

The first device, a Kingbolen ELM327 did not connect at all, it just said it cannot find the OBD interface. So I bought a second adapter, some generic ELM327 (a little blue one) which at least finds the interface but sounds like it might not be fast enough  :110:

I don't suppose there is a way to run the program with some argument that allows it to wait a bit longer for the ECU? I'm sorry for the trouble... I'll keep looking for a USB device in the meantime  :002:

    Thank you for the Tool.
What else do I need to get to be able to connect to the 800?

As you can tell, not very much of a genious when it gets to electronics...or anything else for that matter.

    Enjoying the riding though!!!! :031:

    TIGERTOOL AND TPMS

Just another thank you, I've for the first time successfully used TigerTool to update the TPMS sensor ID's to my second set of 'off road' wheels with 50/50 tyres on.

     :763:

I'm running a MAC with parallels emulation software to run windows inside it, and it all works perfectly.  :152:

Biggest issue was getting the TPMS serial numbers off the new wheels as they helpfully put the sticker on the underside of the TPMS unit against the wheels (and the seller didnt have the codes from the service pack).
