'Search' facility is your friend as there is an abundance of Tigertool help in this Tigertool thread (yes the thread is getting long but the Tiger 900 stuff tend to be within the later pages being the newer model). :028:

See if the info starting around this link may help. :027:

Iím using bbfly-BF32302 USB Modified FTDI chip OBD-II Scan Tool for Windows bbflyFORScan HS-CAN/MS-CAN OBD2. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I just sent you a PM with a download link for the latest debug version (V3.4D3) that 'should' fix issues that you're seeing.

Please report back with any findings.

@T800XC is there a way of making a small contribution to the project ?  I'm just answering a facebook question about not being able to set TPMS codes on DealerTool if you have 2 sets of wheels and pointing them to this page, and realised I've used it many times to swap my wheels over and its cost me nothing, nada.

    Sorry if I missed it.

A nice thought, and the sentiment is appreciated, but TigerTool has always been free to all and as far as I'm concerned it'll stay that way.

I'm currently having some trouble figuring out how to make it work on the Gen2 2024 Tiger 900 because Triumph have made a whole bunch of changes to getting into the ECU etc.
     :230:

It might not be sorted until I can get hands-on access to a bike.

I have just received a new OBD11 cable and the Tiger Tool v3.3 software on a flash stick but i cant seem to get it to connect. I followed the instructions it seems to recognize the ECU but then i get a cant read ecu error. IS it the software or the cable? It was advertised as a Tigertool cable Proscan:

Have replied on your other thread but suspect, based on post #1 of this thread, your bike is 10yrs too old for this software. :027:

As said on the other reply, T800XC is the Tigertool & ECU guru to give the best advice and is here every day so I'm sure you will get a response next time he logs in. :002:
