I have several tents, the Tempest 200 I only used once, found a bit restricted on head height when kneeling for a pee in me bottle. The Tempest 300 is fine, my euro touring tent. I have a Galaxy 300 for one stop camping eg rallies or IOM, brill to stand up to pull me pants up, light for its size & fits in my r/h pannier. The Omega 250/350 is a good compromise for lightweight with space to sit & make a brew, loads room for gear. All are 5000HH with alloy poles, recommended.
My Tempest 300 is the Pro as in the link. There is just enough room to sit in the front bit in my chair one when the rain hits.

Thanks for all that. I was not looking at spending much more than £100 as it's use may be limited, but bought a Vango cos of the recommendations here - Scafell 300. Good price on Amazon and plenty big enough. Should be fine strapped to the pillion seat.
Cheers all. Thanks for the advice. Appreciated

Wild Country Hoolie 2. Made by one of the most reputable tent makers TerraNova and the lightest and smallest packed tent you can get for circa £120 👍🏻
