Hi all,
Has anyone tried putting a 110/80 on their new Tiger 900s yet, I've tried to spec them on a new GT I'm buying but I'm getting push back from the dealer, saying it's a 100/90 fitted and not sure if a 110/80 would be sanctioned
He acknowledges that it's ok for the Tiger 800... ????

The Tiger 800 handbook lists the 110/80 as an alternative but the Tiger 900 one doesn't, which doesn't mean you can't but may have other implications (insurance for example).

It would be a great loss if we can't, all the best tyres are in 110/80 ...

I don't see why not, exactly the same wheel size and tyre sizing as the T800..
