Tiger 800 spot lights ?
« on: October 17, 2020, 09:21:46 PM »
Hi everyone

I am wanting to buy some spot lights for the tiger I have bought , but I am not spending Over 300 for Triumph ones thats just a joke on price. I also dont want to buy rubbish that are weak and stop working after a month. And I know you get what you pay for but there must still be some good sets at a lot less money than Triumph are charging .Has anyone bought some cheaper ones that they can recommend. Thanks

They're not specific to the Tiger so you'll need to mount them on some bracket or other, I used the SW Motech ones

This is the best pic I can find right now

I bought the WOWLED lights, recommended on another site, but haven't fitted them as yet, it's on the list, but Mrs D has another longer list (though mostly done now)
https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B013LH07OW/ref=pe_3187911_185740111_TE_item

I also bought some SW Motech brackets and confirm that they fit with the WOWLED lights (mine are the ones that fit to tubes, crash bars, etc) https://sw-motech.com/en/bike/TRIUMPH/Tig800XRxt/2019/C301-302-A/products/safety/additional+headlights/light+mount/4052572021507.htm
Now available in "Batman"

14 from  E Bay. Very effective but not aggressive. Certainly makes people notice you. Night and day.
So far the day is good. Just waiting for that someone to come along!
