Thanks folks, I was going to tackle this job today but it was too nice. 70 degrees no wind, I went riding instead.

I put on the SW-Motech 20mm risers this a.m. and went for a ride. I like the change. Much less pressure on my right hand with the more upright position. My wife helped hold the bars while I did the wrenching. Seems like little difference in the tension of the wires and cables. I am happy.

I put a set of 50mm Rox risers on my 2019 xrt.
No problems at all with cable / wire lengths. Just a bit fiddly to fit as I had to cut down an Allen key.
