I assume youre asking about the effect on Triumph warranty if your bike is serviced by MuddySump. According to David at MuddySump he has confirmation from Triumph that warranties wont be affected as long as he has used official Triumph parts. However, he cant service bikes which are fitted with the TFT screens because he doesnt have the latest software.

Since this question has been posted on the Tiger 800 Forum then it seems reasonable to provide an answer in relation to those models. So basically, David will service Tiger 800s up to 2017 models and presumably post 2017, entry level models which dont have the TFT screen and should therefore still qualify for warranty cover if he works on them.  Obviously the pre-2018 models would be out of warranty by now anyway so the question is redundant.
