G8VA1 A4TR01 relay Omeron
« on: December 09, 2020, 01:51:33 PM »
Good afternoon all,

I have a set of aftermarket LED lamps i am fitting, to my gen3 XRX 800, it has the switch  and loom in place, however i need to relay for it.

Does anyone know the Triumph part number for : Omron 4 pin automotive relay g8va1a4tr01 ?

I ordered one of flea bay, ETA of Jan 20201, wanted to do this over Christmas.. Plenty in the U.S for sale, struggling to find on line in the U.K.

My local Triumph dealer is not picking up the phone  :023:

So i thought i would have a go at  buying from the dealer, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that part number is correct?

Is the relay from the kit that came with the lights?

I've never seen Triumph use that style of automotive relay (unless it's a recent change) as they tend to use the common micro ISO relays which can easily be picked up in the UK from eBay, e.g. G8HL-H71-12VDC.

Try triumph part T2506039, according to parts list that is the additional relay for the fog light accessory kit.

From JW & pme's replies it does appear to be the correct part number and a possible change from Triumph using the micro ISO relay types.
