Congrats! Is this a replacement for the tiger or a garage buddy?

It will be a replacement as we are coming to the end of our bike touring I'm afraid, just one more to do next year, not so much a tour but three nights in Reims. I've tried having two bikes on two previous occasions, but always ended up selling one.
At mid 70's plus (age that is) the Tiger two up with full luggage is not the lightest of bikes, but at treat to ride once feet are up.
We both still enjoy going out on the bike so I think that the move to the Trident (subject to test ride in Feb'21) will be quite prudent at around 189Kg.
We shall see

The Tiger will be a tough act to follow but having had a 690 Duke and a Xsr 700, I can understand your pursuit of losing a few kilos and having a lower seat, makes a massive difference! Just need to reign in those hooligan tendencies that come with it!

MCN did a test on it and said its great. And it does look nice in the photos. Triumph have done a good job with the lower maintenance side aswell and the engine should be bulletproof.
