Don't think it's available for MY 18/19 models? It's been promised for years with plenty of problems along the way. Triumph web site still says "coming soon"... lol

TBH I would not fit it as it lacks features IMO when compared to a full fat sat nav.

My dealer sent me a msg the other day saying they are taking pre orders for the system. No indication of when it will be available though.

This morning i've tried the combination of tiger800 BT + Spotify on iPhone + AirPods. At first it seemed to not work but after i figured out how to deal with it and i managed to switch between songs while riding. There clearly are some bugs but the whole experience looks comfortable to me.

Quick update: riders heated Seat doesnt work after the update.
I dont know if this issue is linked to the software updates but it happenened only after them.

Yeah i guess so..
It seems that relais gets opened and closed instantly so it seems a software issue because testing voltage on wires and connectors seems to exclude hardware problems

Initial thoughts and then looking at the wiring diagram I think it is coincidence. Are your heated grips working? I would check fuse 4 in the front fuse box (check owners handbook) which feeds the seats and heated grips. The circuit looks fairly straightforward. Battery feeds the starter solenoid 30A fuse which feeds the 2 fuse boxes. Fuse 4 supplies the heated grips switch and the heated seat switches .... no relays.  :084:
Also owned my 1979 Bonnie T140E from new!

Hello, I'm also very interested in retrofitting the connectivity module. On the pictures you can see that the style now looks like that of the Tiger 900 (which I actually didn't like that much ...) Are the old systems still available or did they disappear after the software update?
Thanks in advance!
greetings
Olli

I am struggling to comprehend why anyone would retrofit this. If you wanted it for the navigation then a tomtom or garmin would be 10 times better and a similar price, if you wanted it for smart phone connectivity then a Sena or similar would be better and cheaper.

A 2nd hand tomtom/garmin and a new Sena would be about the same price and infinitely more useful.
