Leaking fork seal ?
«

My 2019 XCA just had the 6k mile service at the dealer. I've put another 150 miles on it and today noticed oil coating the right fork. Is this a warranty item? The nearest dealer or really any competent repair shop is a 3 hour drive from me. Thanks for your input, Robert.

Almost always it's just some crud in the seal. Just run a fork seal cleaner (cut from a water bottle or similar thin plastic) around it a few times and it will likely be fine.

Thanks, I will do that, although the bike has never been off road or wet or dirty. It's cleaned well after every ride. I'll clean under the seals and check later for more oil.
