Had an email from them this morning and they do now say they are taking bookings from us, I had to add all my details over again, but hopefully these will now be accepted

This is the email that I received from Annika Kerst, Reservation Agent, the last line is somewhat disconcerting, I'm not sure, but it looks like she thinks I'm booking for everyone ???

thank you for your email.

We can book the rooms now.

Could you please tell me the Rooms with the first and last names?

There are so many with the same names that I´m not quite sure which rooms you mean."

Sorry no idea what she is up to..

Ask her what she wants, if you cannot come to terms with them pm me with your full name etc. I will try to sort it out

Unfortunately is doesn't look like I'll be able to come on the new dates  I have other arrangements in place, but I'll let you know if things change before then.
