Just to give you all an update, I submitted a formal complaint to Triumph... dont think they really cared at all (expected to be honest) but I did anyway and hope they improve those bars on future updates.

On my end, my tank is still dented, Im still extremely upset and annoyed, I have binned the OEM bars (upper and lower) and waiting for the heed bars to become available.

As of this moment, I really wished I wouldve bought the BMW 850GSA.  More rugged, more proven, better engineered, better manufacturer overall... anyway, it is what it is and I hope my experience has helped and will help others!!!!

I dropped mine on ice and also dented the tank ,just had the lower crash bar on ,new tank and side panel plus brake lever 1000
Now just put on outback motortek crash bars and skid plate ,may get my old tank fixed to have as a spare
