Mitas E07+ for 800XC - Bias vs Radial

Hi All,
I have searched the internet and this site, but cannot find exactly what I need to know. Please help.
I am considering the Mitas E07+ for my 800XC. They are Bias Ply tyres.  E07+  90/90B21 + 150/70B17.
Will they be OK as the spec calls for a Radial rear tyre?

And anything else I should know about the Mitas e07+

Well, I think the jury is still out on that one? 
To be sure, in the riders manual that comes with the bike, Triumphs reccos the tires that should be used -- those listed are, for-sure, OK.
There's been lots of discussion on the Forum about the radial/bias pros/cons -- but, the fact that new Triumphs still come from the factory with (some) bias ply tires mounted must mean that they're OK? 
If/when you mount the Mitas E07+ -- you'll be the knowledgeable one...l

This reply sort-of OT....

When I acquired my '12 800XCX it was fitted with the Mitas E07's.
Found them 'squirrelly' on tar, and even tho' only half-worn, swapped them for a pair of Michelin Anakee Adventures - transformed the 'bike. Amazing grip on tar, wet or dry.
More than adequate for me on 'dirt' roads, confidence inspiring.

been running the Dunlop Trailmax Mission tyres now for approx 6,000kms - IMO they might well be the perfect 50/50 tyres - long-wear, decent road/off-road manners and reasonably quiet

only downsides are that you should not be stupid in the wet with them (very hard compound on rear tyre for long-wear) and they don't clean heavy mud due to small spaces between the blocks - actually grooves would be a better description because even though these look like road tyres at a quick glance, I think they will match if not better the 07's for dirt road performance

You should check out the Motoz Tractionator GPS. Better than the Mitas.
