DRL, Low, and High Beams Question
« on: March 16, 2021, 02:08:38 PM »
I have a 3rd gen Tiger 800.  My bike doesn't have the DRL switch on the left hand side (US version), but I am confused about the operation of the lights.  During normal operation the center of the light assembly is LED lit, but no low beams are on.  To turn on the high beams it's just the normal trigger on the back side.  What I don't understand is how can I turn on the low beams?  I don't want to be riding around at night with high beams on annoying other drivers.  What am I missing here?

NVM, after taking the bulbs out and taking a closer look they just needed replacing.  I got confused between the European and US/Canada version.

On my bike the drl switches between main beam and drl. When it is on main beam, the trigger operates the high beam and when on drl, it just flashes
