 :260:Hi all just measured the ABS sensor gap both back and front. Front measured 0.2 , without any shim, back measured 0.23. with a 0.08 shim .Spec is 0.1/0.15.Is there a service limit for the sensor  and the abs disc ?

Well the sensor face doesn't face any wear, only the brake disc, so logically the only change would be an increase in the gap you measured as the brake disc wears and provided this ABS sensor gap didn't exceed the 1.5mm (not 0.15mm) the only thing which would set any sort of service limit would be the minimum brake disc thickness limit.
Also owned my 1979 Bonnie T140E from new!
